چکیده

Cellular vehicle-to-everything (C-V2X) has been continuously evolving since Release 14 of the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) for future autonomous vehicles. Apart from automotive safety, 5G NR further bring new capabilities to C-V2X driving, such as real-time local update, and coordinated driving. These rely on provision low latency high reliability NR. Among them, a basic demand is broadcasting or multicasting environment update messages, cooperative perception data, with Road Side Unit (RSU) base station (BS). In other words, multiple types messages one key issues in C-V2X. this work, we consider how select Modulation Coding Scheme (MCS), RSU/BS, Forward Error Correction (FEC) code rate, maximize system utility, which function message delivery reliability. We formulate optimization problem nonlinear integer programming problem. Since NP-hard, propose an approximation algorithm, referred Hyperbolic Successive Convex Approximation (HSCA) uses successive convex find optimal solution. our simulations, compare performance HSCA those three algorithms respectively, including baseline heuristic Our simulation results show that outperforms very competitive

Distributed Resource Allocation in 5G Cellular Networks

The fifth generation (5G) cellular networks are expected to provide wide variety of high rate (i.e., 300 Mbps and 60 Mbps in downlink and uplink, respectively, in 95 percent of locations and time [1]) multimedia services. The 5G communication platform is seen as a global unified standard with seamless connectivity among existing standards, e.g., High Speed Packet Access (HSPA), Long Term Evolut...

Decentralised Resource Allocation and Coordination for 5G Cellular Communication Networks

In order to cope with the ever increasing traffic load that networks will need to support, a new approach for planning cellular networks deployments should be followed. Traditionally, cell association and resource allocation has been based on the received signal power but this approach seems to be inadequate regarding the brewing of heterogeneous networks. In this work, we first implement a net...

Bicriteria Resource Allocation Problem in Pert Networks

We develop a bicriteria model for the resource allocation problem in PERT networks, in which the total direct costs of the project as the first objective, and the mean of project completion time as the second objective are minimized. The activity durations are assumed to be independent random variables with either exponential or Erlang distributions, in which the mean of each activity duration ...

Optimizing Dynamic Resource Allocation

We present a formulation, solution method, and program acceleration techniques for two dynamic control scenarios, both with the common goal of optimizing resource allocations. These approaches allocate resources in a non-myopic way, accounting for long-term impacts of current control decisions via nominal belief-state optimization (NBO). In both scenarios, the solution techniques are paralleliz...
